Our Director and founder, Michael Philip Ranaldi, has been in the commercial fit-out sector for over nineteen years and has experience in all aspects of the industry.
Michael and his team have successfully carried out many projects for clients such as Jack & Jones, Levi’s, Realm, Flying Tiger, Interserve, French Connection, Xerox, Buck Consultants, as well as many independent companies and small high-street retailers.

✨ Project Update – Livingston Designer Outlet ✨
Earlier this year, Michael Philip Construction was appointed by Global Mutual to deliver extensive landlord works to the former GAP unit at Livingston Designer Outlet, preparing the space for incoming tenant Calvin Klein.
Our scope of works included:
✅ Full architectural design package for building warrant
✅ Complete strip-out of the previous tenant’s fit-out back to shell condition
✅ Installation of 52 linear meters of fire-rated hoarding (all completed overnight while the centre was closed)
✅ Removal & disposal of the existing shopfront and roller shutter
✅ Supply & installation of a new fire-rated shopfront and associated steelwork, complete with bespoke stainless steel and powder-coated pressings
✅ Fire-rating of existing bulkheads
The project was delivered on time and on budget. Upon completion of our shell works for the landlord, Calvin Klein’s fit-out team carried out the full internal fit-out, transforming the space into their new store. With the opening set for this week, we’re excited to see the big reveal when the hoarding comes down!
